Gold Bridge Bralorne

BC Hydro completed the Terzaghi Dam on the Bridge River in 1959, creating Carpenter Lake, and providing a steady supply of water for its' generating facilities at Shalath on Seton Lake.

Gold Bridge is a 19th century mining town located at the confluence of the Hurley and Bridge Rivers, at the west end of Carpenter Lake.

Bralorne is nestled higher up in the mountains, astride the Hurley River, and features many original buildings and homes from the gold mining era.
